Dear Troy,
I hope this school semester is ending well for you. On my end, things have been quite tough since there are many projects to complete. But, little by little, I’ve been able to accomplish them.
Anyway, regarding your email, I think it’s great that you’ve got an invitation to go camping at Blue Mountain Getaway. Actually, I’d say it’s more of “glamping” than real camping as I’ve read there are a lot of modern conveniences available at the site, including electricity and wifi.
Despite such luxuries, you still have to take precautions. Just like any campsite, there are a lot of pests that could ruin your holiday. So ensure you bring insect repellant, or better yet, one of those electric swatters. You’d be wise to bring extra food unless you plan on hunting or fishing yourself.
Although the trip sounds fun, I’m afraid my family has already made plans for that month. We’ve already got tickets booked to visit Singapore, so I won’t be able to join you. But maybe we can do that during the winter break. I’m sure it’ll be even more exciting then.
