You recently had a flight tour and left an important item on the plane.
Write a letter to the airline manager. In your letter
1 describe what the item was
2 describe where you lost it
3 tell the manager how to contact you if your item has been found
Dear Mr. Lin,
I recently left an item on one of your flights and I am seeking for assistance in trying to locate it.
It was a photograph of my grandmother and I, which was inside a gold-tone frame covered with glass. It is an item that will be of little value to anyone else, however it is irreplaceable and invaluable to me, as it is the only remaining photograph I have of my grandmother.
I placed this photograph on the vacant seat next to mine after I had been viewing it during your international flight from Los Angeles to Beijing. I have enclosed a copy of my airline ticket and seat assignment, which might be helpful to you in search of the lost photo.
I would appreciate that you forward this report to whoever may be in charge of this kind of customer service. I'm also willing to offer a reward to the person that successfully finds the photo as it truly has a lot of sentimental value to me.
My contact information is listed below. Feel free to call me or email me.
Thanks again!
Sincerely,
