✍️ 参考范文

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the terrible service I received when I went to purchase a dress for my niece the other day.

I visited your store in the afternoon of Tuesday, July 7. When I entered, your salesperson Darla assisted me. After discussing my needs, she went to the backroom to check on the stocks. However, after waiting more than ten minutes, she still had not returned. I asked your staff member Carl about Darla’s whereabouts, and he told me that Darla had apparently taken a call outside the store without informing me. When I asked Carl to get my order, he asked me to wait my turn as he was attending to another client's concerns. So I just left.

It is a shame your personnel do not know the first thing about good customer service. Customers should never have to wait that long, and it is very unprofessional to leave without informing another colleague to assist the client.

I hope you discuss with them the essentials of good customer service. Though emergencies happen, they should know the protocols on what to do so that customers are not inconvenienced. Please also review your policies about taking personal calls at work to ensure everyone is focused when assisting clients.

Sincerely yours,

Linda Hong
