Dear Sir or Madam,
I recently purchased a refrigerator at your establishment and have experienced issues with your product. Thus, I write to bring your attention to the matter so it can be resolved.
Last week, I visited your department store to buy a new refrigerator. Together with your store personnel, the unit was tested and seemed okay. However, upon delivery and setup, I discovered it was not cooling my food, even after being left on for more than an hour. I immediately contacted the sales representative and had it replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement also has an issue. Though it is cooling the food well, it is always making odd mechanical noises, an indicator that something is wrong with the motor or some other mechanism inside.
I would like you to replace this unit with a refrigerator that is new and in good working condition. And if that is not possible, I would like a full refund. Furthermore, I suggest your staff carefully inspect all appliances before delivering them to customers. As an established department store, I expect good service and products, not faulty ones.
I hope to hear from you soon regarding my issue. You may contact me at 200-333-4577.
Sincerely,
Rowley Parsons
