Overall, the proposed setup ensures the factory buildings are strategically spaced so that work can go on unhindered and that the organization’s personnel and families are nearby, yet far from the noise and busyness of the factory complex.

As seen, the main industrial areas will be located at the center and the southeast corner of the land, possibly to minimize travel between buildings. The central hub will contain an enclosed area for factory buildings, which may be the key factories, as well as the main office and meeting area. The remaining industrial buildings will be in an isolated patch in the southeast, far from the residential areas. A large parking area will be built to the northwest of the lot, possibly to prevent congestion in the places of work. Access to the factory buildings will be via the roundabout, although the entryway to the central facilities will only be through the east road.

Furthermore, nearly three-fourths of the area will contain residential areas for staff, ensuring workers can easily get home. There will be a large swimming pool in the northeastern portion of the land for recreation.
