✍️ 参考范文

The table and line graph present data on cinema visits between the years 1995 and 2003 in Auckland.

Despite a slight uptick in the percentage of people going to the cinema, the annual average visits did not necessarily go up. Among the age categories, the younger the group, the more frequently they went to the movies.

In 1995, 67% of the population went to the cinema. But this rose to 72% in 1997 and remained the same in 1999. 2001 had the highest percentage of moviegoers at 80%, yet this declined to just 72% in 2003.

Regarding the frequency of visits of all age groups, the average generally fell from 10.3 visits in 1995 to just 8.3 in 2003. The youngsters (ages 14-24) frequented the cinema the most, beginning at 10.5 visits in 1995 and ending at 10.0 visits in 2003, higher than the overall average. Young adults (ages 25-34) and middle-aged adults (ages 35-49) came next with nearly identical moviegoing patterns. In 2003, the average number of visits of young adults was 10.0, while middle-aged adults watched movies around 9.5 times a year. The older adults (ages 50+) did not frequent the cinemas as much, bringing down the overall average. In 1995, older adults visited the cinema roughly 9.3 times a year; this was around 9.1 in 2003.
