Overall, the plans specify that large parts of the conference centre will be rearranged and modified, with the changes in the car park and gardens being the most significant. However, the southern area that runs parallel to the road will see the least significant changes, with just a change to one of the three rooms.
According to the construction plan, the two meeting rooms in the west of the centre will be divided into three meeting rooms of equal size. Additionally, the hall is planned to be halved in size, as a cafe and a kitchen are going to occupy the northern half of the current hall. Further to the south, the toilet and reception desk will remain the same, but a fitting room will replace the old cafe.
To the east of the hall, the gardens will expand in size and absorb over half the area which is currently taken up by the car park. Also, the long lane that connects the parking area and the road will be removed entirely and replaced by two shorter entrances with direct access to the road.
